        I have been trying to get ahold of these people for 3 days and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or even call me back TO START a new account with them. Jesus Christ... Do better.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DirectTV level customer service when you call to cancel. The account manager was unresponsive until we called to cancel, at which point she REFUSED to even acknowledge that canceling was even possible. Talked in circles, called back to discuss bill (which had increased significantly for no additional services), and tried to gaslight us. Even if they offered the lowest prices, we will never use them again. Unbelievable levels of dishonesty. Service: Trash removal & disposal
