Route 46 Nissan

You want quality service stop into Nissan 46 and find Michael Cragie! Maaannnn, originally we came in just to window shop. Most of the other dealerships we visited didnt pay us much mind. Mike not only stopped for us to make sure we was taking care of, we end up finding and buy a car with him. He made shopping and find something that fit what we was looking for easy. Definitely will be back to route 46 Nissan and I will definitely go out my way to work with Mike again.

Tom and Jason helped me as a walk-in on a busy Saturday. They answered every question I had and even allowed me to rest drive a few options. I took my time in deciding which direction I wanted to go and Tom was more than willing to help without overwhelming me or overselling which I really appreciated. In the end, I purchased a 2022 Rouge SV. Id recommend this place

I came in and dealt with Bret Schellhammer. He was beyond Super. I am grateful I drive from Kingston NY and me up with Bret! THOUROUGH , KNOWLEDGABLE and an overall nice guy ...I left with a pristine 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport Certified Pre-owned . Thank you Nissan46 and especially Bret for finding this one for or me after a few bad experiences at.other Nissan stores.....

The post sales support was horrible. I was mis-informed about the warranty. It took them forever to cancel it (over 3 months to just respond). They are never available when I call or respond to my mails. After sales, I realized that the car tyre's were changed and they were not even from the same company. Not sure why I paid the warranty $$ for.
