Ordered a drink dispenser on Amazon..from cooks direct..
It arrived broken and appeared to be used with residue in the dispenser they asked for pictures and I sent them pictures instead of sending me another one right away after informing them I needed it for a weekend event they just gave me the option to return it of course I dont get a refund until they get the dispenser back
Oddly.. when I tried to leave a comment on Amazon I was declined.

Horrible, a scam company , I ordered a refrigerator, after a week to check it still not ship out yet , I called the customer service, told me it is out of stock and will available on next year February the second weeks. Need to wait over 3 months?? And no any notice for me if I am not called. And now I still see it on the website available to let people to shop if no this item please put out of stock or take it off, dont lie to everyone, scam.

There was a mishap on a merchandiser refrigerator we bought, but cooks direct took care of us and we really appreciated that a lot.
