The technician John who came to repair my heater was polite and professional he had a smile on his face the entire time and took the extra effort to make sure i was aware of the damage done to the heater from a leak of a poor job done prior and what exactly he would be doing to repair it, after completion of the job he was kind enough to go over all the new parts and make sure i understood what was replaced and how the heat would be working better going forward (which it was within an hr of him leaving my whole home was toasty again !) the only issue was it did take them a little bit to get back to me to schedule the job but they did provide a tech the very next day so back up to 5 stars Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair

Clarke Engineering is the best air conditioning service out there. They fixed my air conditioning in 2 hours, although it felt like minutes considering how quick and dedicated they are. They are also extremely kind, understanding, and patient every step of the way. They never charge you until the job is done, and the bill is NEVER overpriced nor dishonest to the work they do. I recommend Clarke Engineering to ANYONE in any part of New Jersey. 10/10 5 stars

Was told to be home for 12 p.m and a technician would be at my house when I arrived home from work. Waited 2 hours and no one showed. Called the company and they were rude and dismissive when I told then them I had to leave work early to be home for the technician. Was told " they will get there when they get there".....Long story short no one ever arrived and no one from Clark Engineering called. Waste of a half day of work and my 5 month pregnant wife was left hot and uncomfortable all night.
