        If I could give ZERO stars I would. I got a suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Picked up suit on the Friday day before the wedding and once I got it home and discovered it was covered in glitter. Took suit back immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do and dont wash on Fridays or Saturdays. The very unhelpful person said she would call the owner. 30 minutes went by and the owner finally called back and said all they could do was give me a refund and it wasnt their problem. With the amount of glitter on my suit they knew there was an issue and just went with it. A very friendly lady at Mr USA cleaners in Pawtucket was able to get my suit re-cleaned and ready for 9am next day. Luxury cleaners are not to be trusted and the owner couldnt careless about their mistakes or customers.
