        I would give no stars if I could. My experience was horrible! In April i opened a savings account. I never received a statement or an ATM card... ever. I have call no less than 6 times, each time told it was the back office and someone would call me. No one ever did. I have verified my address 3 times. Today i was on hold for almost my entire lunch period waiting again to talk to someone. Got the call center, finally after 20 minutes on hold, and she was no help... said she could close my account if i emailed a form, then said it would take another 2 weeks to get my money from closing said account. Unacceptable... absolutely unacceptable. Will never go back! Moving my 401K out as well.

        Overall, all the bankers/tellers, give excellent customer service. Union Bank & Trust offer a wide variety of banking services for personal accounts. They have a great feature to protect your debit card by freezing it. Union Bank & Trust have the most trusted security measures in place but not so you cannot access your account. They go out of their way to help you and provide the best experience!
