        Doesn't care about their clients one bit especially their VP. Takes an arm and leg just to get them to answer a call or email. Worst insurance agency out there.

        I tried canceling my policy for $390.00 within 10 minutes after purchasing and they refused to allow me to. I even explained the misunderstanding and they didnt care.

        I have tried for 12 months via 6 emails to my agent at Unico Group to update the address in my policy by simply removing the old address so I am not liable for anything that occurs at the old address. They have not done so. Also, they run a completely antiquated billing system that has zero automatic withdrawl or ACH transfer. If you are one day late on a payment because there is no automated scheduling they send threatening letters that they are cancelling your policy.
