They made me feel comfortable and gave me a throw checkup. I was pleased with the treatment plan they have put in place. I appreciate that they are willing to work within my budget and give me payment arrangements.

The ladies up front kept my kiddo (8) entertained while I got my crown done. They turned on cartoons and gave her color pages and were just lovely. Also, the dental assistant was a riot, and the dentist was efficient and friendly. My best experience so far.

Our visit to Lincoln Dental Center was all positive. Tabitha, the dental hygienist, was so kind and considerate of my daughter (8-years-old) during her routine cleaning and sealant procedure. The dentist got on her level and talked to both of us with respect and gratitude. It's strange to say this about anything dental-related, but it was a really great visit!

Worst dental/billing experience ever!
One year after I had received my fillings, paid the amount I was told I owed. I received a text message that says please call our office to discuss your account status. I called them, immediately, and was told that I had a past-due balance of $191 from my visits last year.
When I asked why I was just now hearing about this no calls within the past year, no statements received, etc. I was told that they updated their computers recently and that is how they found the discrepancy.
What!? How am I to trust that the computer update did not cause the error? I was told that the balance was paid last year now it is mysteriously reopened due to a system update?
I called my insurance company to review the charges and what was paid. The insurance agent told me that they would investigate. The next day I received a phone call from the insurance agent and was informed that they spoke to Heather at the dental office.
Upon the review between the insurance agent and the dental clerk (Heather) it was determined that I owed $0.00 as expected. A few days later, I received a statement in my email from the dentist claiming that I still had a balance owed.
I called the dentist office to inquire, and I was told that Heather would give me a call back the following week.
Three weeks later with no call back from Heather I receive another statement in my email. I called the dentist, again. This time, I was able to connect with Heather.
I asked Heather about the phone call with my insurance agent. She told me that she never talked to them, and that there was no record of my insurance talking to them to verify any of this. [The pesky computer update strikes again?]
Once again, I contacted my insurance company. The insurance agent tried to do a conference call with the dentist, and myself. The agent was told by the dentist that they couldnt talk to them because they were too busy and to call back later.
After 2.5 hours, the insurance agent was able to review with Heather my plan coverage and payments that were made to the dentist. It was determined that everything was taken care of. However, Heather insists that my plan doesnt cover the fillings.
When I asked her why I wasnt informed of that a year ago when they worked (presumably) with my insurance to get the estimates as well as original bills, I was told that it was my responsibility to know what my insurance company covers and what they dont; that it was not her job to inform me.
If it is not the job of the dentist office to inform the patient what is billable and what is not, where did the estimate paperwork come from? Where did the original (paid) bills come from?
As of today, I have been told by the dentist that I have 30 days to pay the bill, or it will be sent to collections. I have asked Heather, Why did it take a full year to send this bill?
Heathers response is, That; I cant tell you.
If you enjoy having your time wasted, being treated like you are not there, and receiving mystery bills in the mail months (if not years) after you have paid in full: then this is the dentist for you!
