I worked for Schneider for a short while. Tarek, in North Baltimore, Ohio, trained me for the jet-set intermodal job. It had been a while since I had been back in a semi-truck, and I was a little nervous about working with the tablet, railyard personnel, and just driving in general. By the third day of training, I was already feeling confident enough to work by myself, thanks to him. Tarek was so patient, professional, respectful, and understanding with me during the entire week of training. He was even available, a month after training, for me to ask him questions about the railyards when I was sent to Seattle. Schneider National was a good company to work for, but I eventually found a company that pays a bit more.

Lots of loads some times and they will keep you busy I didn't like the fact of how Carol went about on doing things when it came to me putting in my two weeks notice wasn't even able to work out my 2 week notice and got a call 3 days later after I did and i was told that they was just going to end my work and I was also under a load at that time I see this driver leader felt some type of way because of me wanting to leave why would I want to stay with this company making 45 cent a mile doing the exact same thing when I got offered to 20 more cent a mile some where else
