Always a pleasure doing business with Cottrell. I have been using them for years for HVAC and plumbing. Micah and Brandon are two of my favorite techs. They are both professional, knowledgeable, polite and on time. Anytime I have an issue they are right out to access the situation and give me a fair quote. Our most recent interaction with Cottrell was to have the heating and a/c ducts under the house totally replaced. As always they were efficient, polite, and prompt. Just prior to that work I had to call for an emergency after hours plumbing crisis. My call was answered promptly and the repairman was here in thirty minutes. Weve been customers for more than eight years. They are the best.

I have had Cottrell Plumbing redo our home's plumbing in 2014 with a tankless water heater that has performed flawlessly since. Recently, I have had Mikey, Brett, and David do smaller repairs replacing faucets in the house. They were very reasonably priced, and did not try to upsell us. In fact, final prices were less than quoted prices as a testament to their integrity. They fix things correctly the first time, and are very responsive in more urgent repairs. They are by far and away the best technical plumbers, that know their craft in all my travels they are unparalleled. Update: 2 FEB 2024, Mike and a newer technician Seavey came by to give a double vanity installation quote. Both were extremely customer service oriented as usual. Cottrell plumbers have quite a team.
