I recently had the delightful opportunity to collaborate with Allison at the Lexington Arhaus showroom to furnish my new home. Beautiful furniture but horrendous customer service and even worse delivery. Don't let their "concierge" delivery into your house. They broke an ottoman and dropped it on our newly refinished hardwood floor causing $5k in damage. After spending $$$$ on furniture, you would expect more. Take your dollars directly to NC to buy handmade furniture, even with the trip costs you would save money and have the same if not better quality furniture.

Phenomenal customer service as well as quality furniture. Barrett makes design easy and goes the mile to ensure that your home looks beautiful. We will only buy our furniture from Arhaus.

We have been working with Barrett and Marilyn with furnishing our home. The entire experience has been wonderful. Arhaus prices are high, but you get quality, usually quick order fulfillment. From the interior design consult, to going over options, order, delivery and follow up, you cant go wrong.
