I joined FSF 7 months ago and I just love it! The environment, coaches, and fellow gym members are so welcoming! I have learned so much over these past months and look forward to going to the gym for once in my life!!

I've been going here for almost a year now, I can't recommend it enough. The gym has a great community cultivated by Javi and Courtney the owners, all of the trainers are great and I'm in better shape than I have been in for many years.

Attended a fine Art Show by Steve Felix and Todd Marinovich. Great venue with high ceilings, motivational inscriptions.

I love all of the coaches at FSF! My husband and I started in August 2021 and almost a year later it's still our favorite part of the day. I went from struggling to carry groceries to hiking 12 miles in Sequoia (Jennie Lake). We workout 3-5 times a week and we feel so much stronger and healthier. The coaches are knowledgeable and a lot of fun to workout with. Highly recommend!
