Very rude and unaccommodating of trauma or anxiety. Will make you feel like a bother if you suffer from either.

One of the worst obgyn practices I've ever been to.! I would not recommend!!! If I could give a zero star I would! They are rude and not friendly! When you need prescriptions they wait days later to even get them! Awful practice

Warning: LONG POST- I had been going to Dr. Steele since 2018 at 38 years old. She has always been amazing. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis.She told me then it would be hard to conceive. But around 2021 she became so busy that I was pined off to NP Mallory which was also cool because I had seen her at a previous clinic. I specifically went to Dr. Steele bc I wanted a person of color as am I. Mallory eneded up seeing me for the next 2 years. I unexpectedly became pregnant last year. I was over the moon I called erratically because I knew I was high risk. Dr Steele wasn't available AGAIN. I begged for an ultrasound but I couldn't get an appt for over a month!! I explained how imperative this was. I didnt have time to wait for them so I went to UK, got an ultrasound of my Saint. No heartbeat. While waiting for W2W I began bleeding. I called, still not able to see Dr. STEELE but Mallory. They took my blood to check my HCG. I miscarried a day later at UK ER. Devastated. Dr Steele's assistant called a week later with the results all LATE. After about 3-4 months, went back to give them a chance and saw Dr. KAYLA. She was so sweet. I cried in front of her and she shared a story with me about losing her family member and how she coped to help me. We connected. When it was time to return for a checkup with Kayla, I finally got Dr. Steele. Lol. At that time I actually wanted Kayla but she left the practice. So I searched online for her number. Found it and texted who I THOUGHT was her. The person confirmed my identity as a patient and acted as Kayla. I told her I preferred her as my physician to help me conceive and I was sad she left. Apparently, it was a number connected to W2W. This was not a nod against Dr Steele. I used to feel so close to her. She took very good care of me in the beginning until she became too busy. Low and behold I got a call from the office and they KICKED ME OUT AND TOLD ME TO PICK UP MY RECORDS after 5 years of going there.Smh

Dr. Steele became dismissive and rude as soon as she found out I was not pregnant or planning on getting pregnant. She shamed me (actually gasped said "Shame on you" like I had committed a crime) for not having been to a gyno in 4 years, even though I had a 5 year IUD and am a low risk patient for which I have been told 3-5 years between visits is usually fine. But she would have known that if she had asked me about my history, which she didn't. The rest of my visit was rushed and I didn't get anywhere near the level of care other practices have provided for me. I tried to discuss new birth control options with her and she wasn't interested in listening to me or actually helping me make a decision. Nothing I made the appointment for was actually addressed. Will not be back and would not recommend.
