Wonderful service, so knowledgeable and selection is outstanding. They carry quality hairpieces, no trash that looks like many of the 20.00 foreign ^wigs" that are just sewn to a cap. You won't find that here. Beautiful clothing and accessories. They have it all to make you look your best.!!

I went there this week with my mom to look for a new hairpiece (shhhhhh nobody knows my mom wears a hairpiece.)   Alice, the owner, was there and she was great!  She took one look at my mom's hair and knew exactly the color she needed and pulled a beautiful perfectly matched piece right off the shelf first thing. She offered to let mom try it on but mom would never take off her hair in public (ie 3 people)!!!  So she gave my mom a wig head and wig pins and a brush and comb and let her style and feel the texture of the piece to see if it would suit her.We had a great time chatting with Alice.  I didn't get to explore the store but I need to put it on my list of things to do. Lots of cute scarves and fun clothes.  I am going to put this on the list of things to do.  Hanging out with Alice was a good time by itself.

I recently lost my hair due to chemotherapy so I stopped in to Jeromes to buy a wig. I found one I liked fairly quickly and with the low lighting in the place, I felt it looked pretty decent on. I wore it the next day on a sunny day and realized just how much I didn't like it so I went to return it. No returns on this $300+ wig. But there was no mention of a return policy and I had a receipt. The owner quickly showed me a framed statement that I would compare to hieroglyphics posted behind the sales desk. She offered to help fix the wig, cutting on the already too short top, and I left with the wig looking even worse than when I went in. She said it was because of health reasons and was against the law. But I've had no problems returning wigs from Amazon.  It was quite a mistake going here and I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.

Called to get information, lady was quite rude and in a huge rush to get off the phone. I was in the middle of asking a question and she said " uh huh bye bye." I called right back because I wasn't sure if my phone had just cut off,and she picked up the phone " hello? You just called, what now?" I was shocked based on their reviews, I thought I'd have a more pleasant experience. Reply from owner was I had the wrong place. I don't think so. They said it was jeromes and had wigs. I checked the number, definitely had the correct place of business. I guess it's hard to admit when your staff behaved poorly. I'd be embarrassed too!

I took my 84 year old mom to see Alice today for a wig. My Mom was loosing her hair on top and didnt feel comfortable going out. Alice was so pleasant and helpful in so many ways. My Mom loves her new look. Thank you Alice
