Phoenix Apartments

ROACHES!!!! They don't fix anything. I have a friend that lives there and the 'new' management is terrible. They also charge her for utilities without providing any proof of usage for her charges. ** She talks to the office nearly every day! Still nothings been done about the roaches or the hole in her ceiling in the shower or the broken slider glass door shades, shall I go on? She's in unit 9. You know her. Fix her place so she doesn't get sick! She already has medical conditions!!

It's absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone in their actual office. I've emailed, texted, and called, and can only seem to get ahold of their central office. Their central office also tells me that zero utilities are included in rent, while everywhere on their website and in multiple automated emails I've received says ALL utilities are included in rent. Only those in their actual office can confirm, but no one will get back in touch with me. Such a shame, I was fully ready to sign on as the apartments look nice and others seem to enjoy living here.

I absolutely love my new apartment. They are renting them as fast as they are coming open. This new management company is really trying to make this place look good and feel like home. I am satisfied and love my apartment.
