Excellent work trimming my trees! Carefully pruned a very old Japanese maple, trimmed a golden maple, and removed some nuisance limbs from a black walnut tree and from a tree with a split trunk overhanging my garage. I highly recommend them!

B&R tree did a fantastic job with the trees. Gave Brian an idea of how I wanted them to look, and he and his crew got it done, were efficient with scheduling and time on site, and Lacys communication was quick. Highly recommend!

Got a free estimate and was advised them would level area with grinder when tree was down. They did a good job taking down tree and advised they would be back to grind when ground was dry. They showed up about three weeks later after 6:00 pm. After grinder for a little while they advised they couldn't get it level and left. I call the office the next week and request someone come out and check hump in yard and was advised they would. I called back 2 weeks and had to leave a message. Been another 2 weeks and no one has ever came by.

No Call, No Show for scheduled appointment with Beth. Called company twice on the day of appointment got no answer and full voice mail. Poor customer service and communication!

Quick to communicate and came same day and walked property to find two trees needed treatment and advised about stumps.
