They seemed to be busy with online orders, but were very kind despite this stress, and got the food out in an impressively timely order for the time of night!

I walked in 15 minutes before close. There were 2 people in front of me. The girl at the register took the order of the first person. She then got her phone for almost 10 minutes. Another guy working there had to yell at her to get off her phone & take orders. She took the order of the next person in line then went & got back on her phone. Meanwhile, the first person in line never got his food & had to complain. He left angry. I continued to be ignored & my order was never taken! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Dont. Even. Bother. Hate to be so negative, but weve been here twice and it takes forever to order and then receive that order. Recently were out of chocolate soft serve and previously received a hot fudge sundae with chocolate syrup on it. Obvious that they are severely understaffed.

Great place to go for ice cream treats or breakfast Parking: Virginia Ave. DQ is the best one in Lexington period.
