Im staying in Villas from last 2 years, it is a nice place to live for parents and kids as the community is big enough to walk instead of going out on the roads and have a play area for kids of different age group to play at given time. The location is at great location 121 and 35 E highways are at a couple of miles away. Few apartment falls under Coppell ISD and few under Lewisville ISD (choose your apartment wisely.) For us the best part is the play area and the backyard where kids can go out and enjoys their time. The rooms are good but the closet is small as compared to 2 beds or 1 bed and limited racks to keep belongings. I have interacted with Joyce, Tania, Sheila (moved to different location now), Khari (also moved to different location) they all are committed towards making the community a good living place to stay. They advocates for and cares about the tenants/people living there, and is empathetic, kind, and understanding. Keep up the good work!

Stephanie was amazing very helpful and very knowledgeable!!! Cant wait to work with her again and the property is amazing. She knew everything about what we were looking for and answered so many questions.
