        This place is impossible to get ahold of! Ive left voicemails, emails, and had a family member go up there multiple times. The property manager Kaylynn confirmed she got all my messages, but had been too busy. She was very nice and communicative once she gave my family member her direct email, and even offer me a certain apartment for the time I needed. Once I asked for the application, there were no more responses from her. My family member went back up there yesterday and was ensured that I was going to receive the application via email by the end of the day. Yet, SURPRISE no email. The office doesnt open on time, and there is no direct number to the office. The communication with this place is appalling. This could have been an easy process on my end, but she made it impossible.

        I am reviewing for a relative who applied for an apartment in early March, paid deposit/application fees and was denied. Now the problem is getting refunded the deposit. It has been over a month and every excuse has been given. As of today nothing. Went by the office no one was available. Was told the money was in a safe but the person who has access was not there. All these excuses are totally UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS! Beware

        Kaylynn was not communicating with us she said our apartment would be ready by tomorrow when we went to check up today said the apartment would be ready for the 15th and the other guy was not even sure Kaylynn processed out application or not. She confirmed with us that we would get our apartment by Wednesday the 6th

        I am proud to call this my home. Me and my kids can call this place home and be comfortable. Ms. Kaylynn in the office is Tooo Awesome. She has been understanding of my issues and has helped me. I will be renewing my lease for the 3rd time comming this may. For aslong as Ms. Kaylynn is in office she will always have me as a tenant!

        I had a good review on the management team but me and my family hasnt been here for a month and we are experiencing a infestation of roaches the apartment needs new appliances we pay to much to have to deal with this issue.

      Hello Arkashia, I'm very sorry you are experiencing this as a new tenant. As for the appliances, if something is broken on them and needs to be repaired please put in a work or for them on your resident portal. In regards to pest control, when I last spoke to you about them coming to your apartment I was unaware that they would not be sending out someone to treat our property for that week. When they did send someone out he left before completing all of the requested units. Unfortunately yours was one of those. I have placed a call to the area supervisor to request that they come out earlier this week so that all of these units can be treated sooner. I'm also having the units surrounding yours treated as well. Follow up appointments for the next four weeks are already on the schedule. This should get any infestation issue resolved if not mitigated. I will let you know the exact date when I get a response back from the pest control company.
