We have used Wilgus Associates and primarily communicated with Joe Polichetti and Christina. Although everyone is wonderful and can assist you. We have used them for commercial Auto, Workers Compensation,General Liability, and personal Lines. Christina makes the process so Easy and always responds to emails to send Insurance Certs, add auto, send information to the Dmv, and give reminders about payments. I recommend Wilgus Insurance to everyone. (Business and Personal.)

Property Management by Wilgus: Basically Made of Amazing. I love my HOA and my Property Management by Wilgus Associates. This is a phrase or a sentence that I never could imagine typing...or even thinking, or much less feeling. But since moving into the Savannah's Landing community in Ocean View I have encountered such an amazing HOA experience like none ever....in any of the several communities I've lived in before... at twice the price! (This review was originally posted in 2020, and for some reason though the photos stayed with the maps, the review was MIA! Re-posting) Our neighborhood is carefully groomed, enjoys pristine open space areas, generously and frequently mulched, has lush plantings, white picket fences (which are being replaced this year), sparkly community pool, refreshed tennis and pickleball courts, and they even arrange to have our delightfully nostalgic antique streetlamps hand cleaned! So, I am guessing it's a fine partnership with amazing HOA leadership team combined with the diligence and professionalism of Wilgus...but truly, truly, admire and appreciate how they have created a delightful community like no other....and kept HOA fees reasonable, too! Thank you!

They're always so sweet and helpful with everything. Usually, I don't like to go through third party insurance companies, but these people are top notch. It's so much easier and worth the extra money to go through them verses the actual insurance companies for payments. You have that personal connection there as well.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. The property managers never respond to email, letters etc. They raise the HOA multiple times a year but do not make he neighborhood look like a better place. They allow terrible neighbors to be rude and harass you without even attempting to help. If they simply give the slightest care and effort to our neighborhood it would actually be a nice place to live. The only things nice about this neighborhood is how it was constructed. The pool is gross and minimal efforts have been done to maintain it, the same goes for the roads, signs, and community center within the neighborhood. I will never... ever... live in an area managed by Wilgus Assosciates. I’ve been thinking of moving out since the week I moved in.
