Called to set up for a service call yesterday. They were able to help me fix the issue over the phone without a service call or fee! They spent a good 30 minutes on the phone. I will be using them in the future. Thanks a lot!

I don't know where to start. I'm a contractor and have worked with a bunch of guys in this trade. This crew is one of the most (if not the most) respectful, respectable groups of workers all the way from the office to the field . They make you feel safe and are committed to solving your issues, and that is extremely important. 5 stars is not enough.

It was a great experience dealing with Dale. We spent a while on the phone trying to figure out the problem. He was very informative and patient. He went above and beyond when he came to fix the unit. His price was very fair and only charged to change the sensor which was under warranty. His son and uncle changed the sensor and they were also excellent. I highly recommend them.

The only local AC guy in the Lenoir area that I could get to answer my phone call. I needed to actually speak with someone directly. I was in need of an emergency AC repair for my elderly handicapped father. Within a couple of hours of calling, he was there to do the job. Took no time to figure out the problem and have dads AC up and running again. Im not sure of the going rate for the repair work actually done ( I didnt shop around ) but Dad and I both feel that the amount charged was more than reasonable and affordable, even for a man on a fixed income.
