Ron Roberts is and has always been the best hairdresser ever! (He likes to say he's a barber) He has done my hair since I was 23 and I'm 73 now! He has a great personality and has you laughing most of the time. It's a great comfortable place.

I really hate to rate a place based on one person, but even the professional employees have no idea what's going on with her 1/2 the time. My first experience with Chaize Baylor was very positive. Fell inlove immediately, her skill, and professionalism while you are in the chair is 100% on point. However, her regular habit of no call no shows to scheduled appointments is not only unprofessional as a professional, but a strong reflection of the business she is representing as a whole. My final straw was showing up to my last appointment for my grandmother's funeral, no call no show, won't answer phone, won't even do any behavior fitting of a professional adult. Ended up walking away, and have found someone who clearly wants my business, but I would be remiss not to share my experiences so others can avoid wasting precious time, and potentially big plans like preparing for a funeral on someone who probably still has their mom call into work for them while there fellow employees have no idea where she is!
