HORRENDOUS. I hired this company for what they said was a 1 day job to fix a furnace and do some plumbing. They required $250 up front because as the rep said "They have been burned on buying parts and then not getting paid" That was on April 3, 2019. They then said they needed parts for $45 and then again another day they said they needed $140. I went to check the water heater only to find out NO new parts were used and it was still leaking. Today is April 15, 2019 and after having sent the company an email and left a message it has not been fixed and they have not even responded to me. They stole my money. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY GO BY THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS INFINITY MECHANICAL SYSTEMS. BOTH LISTED IN NAPERVILLE. TOTAL SCAM
