Nikki walked me through the entire process to get my insurance to pay for roof damage from the hurricanes. The workers that arrives to work on the roof were courteous and Hard working. I plan to go through aspen again for my gutters next

Jamie from the Leesville, LA branch of Aspen Contracting is a true professional. When I met him and he explained his company and the process of how they match what your individual insurance company will pay and that there will be zero out-of-pocket expense to myself, I found it hard to believe. But, after doing some homework, and meeting with him a couple of times to get a full run-down to see if anything changed in his story and/or sales pitch, I decided to give Aspen Contracting my business.
Everything he told me was 100% true and he came out before, during, and after my roof was repaired after Hurricane Laura damaged my roof here in DeRidder, LA, just south of Leesville, LA; just like he shook my hand and promised verbally that he would do. All payments were clear, and just as he stated, about how the insurance would pay me and then I would write them the check once everything was completed. Additionally, they where very patient with me, trusting my word, that I would have the money for them after I returned from my planned trip 1 month later (after my insurance company check would finally be cleared by my mortgage company and then hit my account); which I did once I returned because by then the check had hit my account, way before I returned from my pre-planned trip. Just as we both agreed upon, and shook upon, like a real honest deal/agreement should be.
A VERY trust worthy company that WILL follow-through on any outstanding issues one may have if something is not right (which I had because the HVAC system on two vents were not finished correctly, so they got a professional out to finish the roof and HVAC alignment issue, as agreed, with zero additional out-of-pocket expense).
I HIGHLY recommend using Aspen Contracting (ask for Jamie), to fulfill ALL contractual agreements made on replacing damaged roofs due to Hurricane Laura or otherwise... no run-around or excuses, on-time, and a VERY professional (and they will work with you on paying off your bill) company!
