I just pulled my daughter out of there yesterday.. she was going to the blue springs location and I loved them so much! We moved to Lees summit and they have been nothing but horrible. They dont follow the curriculum at all. My daughter was in the preschool 2 class and they didnt take her to the bathroom once. She would come home with full diapers and I thought maybe she had been drinking a lot of water. This Tuesday I put her in a different diaper than what I gave the school and it was not changed. Not once. I told the director (Donna) what was going on and she made it seem like it wasnt her fault that she was misinformed. Even though she should know everything about every kid in that school!! She is the director! She didnt seem to care at all when I brought it to her attention. On Wednesday, I sent my daughter again thinking they might actually have listened to me. They changed her diaper once in the 10 hours she was there and didnt take her to the bathroom to potty once. It is neglect and I hope to god that they get in trouble for this because I cant even imagine the other kids that have had to go through this as well. How can you not notice a child walking weird because her pull up is so full?? Pure laziness!!

Tried calling to speak to someone regarding new enrollment. After going through a National answering service and several prompts for the correct location, I get a voice mail asking me to leave a message. The franchise owner should really list their local number on Google rather than the National number, and have staff readily available to answer parent calls.

Expensive, Bad communicators, Refuse to give my daughter her emergency inhaler because of the packaging it was in.
Won't tell you that they have staff shortages until you drive all the way there and try to drop off your kid. Same with billing alerts.

I typically dont do reviews but felt the need to after re reviewing the camera footage of my son being abused by one of the other kids and the teacher whom is extremely rude. This student aid as Im calling her because she far from a teacher picked up dirty food from the floor put it back on a plate and threw it in my sons face. She did all this after allowing another kid to continue to hit him in the face. This student aid should not be in the presence of children, she has an attitude and cant handle the pressure of a child. I watch her slam a chair into the table and yell at my son. Her negative energy speaks volumes and she needs to be removed from kids. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because they were available. They dont know how to handle kids that maybe autistic, those student aids need training on handling their emotions and being more friendly, they need to ensure those restrooms are clean, too many illness going around and smelling like urine shouldnt be a thing.
