Josh and his team did an excellent job! They turned our dreams of a beautiful and functional outdoor living space into reality. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard and were skillful and reliable. At one point, we miscommunicated our vision and Josh worked with us to make it right until we were satisfied. To me, the mark of professionalism isnt perfection, but the ability to work through challenges, maintain a positive relationship and leave the customer pleased with the end result. Barry, Chris, and the team were crazy efficient with the time spent at my property! We had more than an acre to irrigate and the crew was able to dig, lay water lines, and then refill in such an efficient and clean manor that I did not even have to rake or clean up any dirt. The system was well thought out and Barry was able to explain the timer etc. so well that I will never have to go to Google for instructions! Thank you so much Nelson Team.
