Advanced Propane has been our propane service for six years, have been dependable and before last month I would have given them at least a 4-star rating if not 5-star, but now balance that with recent experience where they let us down, we ran out of propane. They have a cellular monitor on the tank, but didn't fill when it was very low and then we got some snow and they couldn't make deliveries for a week or so, which they used as the excuse, but the problem was before that-- they didn't make the winter delivery when they should have. I see another reviewer recently complained of delivery trouble. They always told me not to be concerned with tank level, that they take care of it; they always did until now. They did get propane to us the next day.

I was instructed to call for propane refill when reading was 20%. I requested refill on December 18, 2023. Its now at 12% and after multiple additional calls have been told to use my electric heat system as they have no delivery date scheduled. This is the first time having a delivery issue with Advanced Propane since my original installation in May, 2021.

Adding stone steps and needed propane line moved. Called, service call scheduled with no run around. Service guys came at the scheduled time. Respectful, very nice and super helpful as to were to relocate propane line. Arrived at 9 and were finished by 10. Even took a few minutes to adjust stove top burners. Thanks Advanced Propane!!!
