Horrible! They don't care what kind of work they do because ryan homes is paying the bill. The tree they planted was already dead when is was planted. Yard is full of construction debris they tried to hide under straw. The grading is a joke. They don't stand behind there supposed warranty. STAY AWAY!!! I paid to have my whole yard sodded, which came with warranty. They installed dead sod in multiple areas and now want to blame my irrigation company even though they came 3-4 months after installation and I have video/photo evidence of dead sod prior to irrigation. They also take weeks to reply and you have to hound them for one. They'll gladly take your money, but absolutely refuse promised service. EDIT: They fixed the sod after making reference to the attorney general. Still 1 star over communication: Secretary said they forwarded my message to upper management and will get back to me. They showed up unannounced a while later. Service: Sod installation

Not impressed at all with Greenpro. They were used by our housing developers, Fischer Homes. Their quality is beyond bad. When they landscaped our home, it was the cheapest and ugliest plants you could find. Most of them didnt even survive. Also, when they landscaped around our utility boxes, they never bothered to remove the grass where they planned on planting. Instead, they just laid mulch on top of everyones grass and thought that would look good. About a week later, grass is popping through everywhere. Pathetic. I was nearly hit by one of your drivers yesterday in Carlisle. He ran a stop sign and appeared to have no clue that he nearly caused an accident. I'm guessing the truck, trailer, and equipment would have been quite expensive to replace, not to mention my brand new SUV. Next time I will notify police.
