This company clearly has an internal disconnect. Bills received from them almost NEVER match what the reps on the phone tell you, always higher than they say they will be. Then, when you call them, you get a rep somewhere else that tells you that the last rep was wrong, or didn't have authorization to offer you that deal, or their notes in the system don't match the notes that you wrote down during the actual conversation. Watch your bill every month!
