Dan Rockett - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called in for insurance three years ago. They said they would look at my existing coverages and match them exactly. We discussed my coverage and being a company vehicle I had to take much higher coverage, including Rent-A-Car unfortunately, three years later, I get in a car accident go to exercise my rights for a Rent-A-Car and they say I have no coverage. Sorry I cant help you. Therefore that equals one star review for me and I will be looking for a new insurance company. Its a shame when you trust people and they dont stand behind their companies I spoke directly with Tyler, the owner, and of course he passed the buck told me to call the corporate office What a shame guess State Farm isnt really your good Neighbor. Bummer

I wasnt very familiar with how to change insurances and once I found out how bad I had been screwed by my previous insurance I contacted StateFarm and Mr. Gomez contacted me in the early morning was was able to walk me through everything we were doing, while being very patient with me. My experience with him was great and I greatly appreciate the help I have received.

My daughter recommended State Farm so I called and spoke to Drew. He was an excellent source for all policies and I moved all my policies to State Farm! Great company and customer service!!
