        I'm in shock; planned to share this nugget of joy with my new wife...and am heartbroken that this sweet memory of my childhood has closed. Sugar cookies and cinnamon crunchie swirl pastries were what I lived for every week during summer vacation at my grandparents home nearby. This bakery was a throwback to the past. Nothing ever changed...sigh.
