I called this provider to inquire if any doctors were taking any new patients . The nurse who answered the phone (Jeanette) was rude and very dismissive! I even asked if she knew any other penn medicines taking any new patients and she just no very rude. Definitely dont wanna go to this provider . Made me uncomfortable asking for help through the phone .

Great Doctor's and staff but one there's this young lady by the name of Angie working the front desk she's very nasty and that should be address went there about a month's ago and she had an attitude I didn't make a big deal about it I figured she's having a bad day problems at home something of that nature so no problem so I go there today started talking to Debby she is so nice true definition of great service all the time no matter what but this Angie girl can't say the same about her so who ever is in charge of correcting employee's I suggested u have a talk with this young lady remind her that she's there to help people not give people a hard time shame on you Angie....

All the staffs are nice Specifically Doctor Peter Lee is very nice person, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and nice. Dr. Bagchi is a very knowledgeable dr. and very thorough Would definitely make an appt if you need a primary doctor
