Had a great experience and visit with Dr. Trivedi and have no complaints about the doctor but having a horrible experience overall with the platform and getting my prescriptions. The prescriptions were sent to multiple different pharmacies all over NJ despite us specifically telling them which pharmacy to send to and as of this review the issues have not been corrected for almost 6 days after messaging them on the portal several times, calling multiple times and my wife even visiting them yesterday.
Edit: The issues were resolved and the staff helped a lot in getting the issues fixed. So editing the review to reflect that.

Dr Freid is awesome. He knows what he is doing and he is excellent. Staff can be better. There are small things staff can improve. Receptionist can be more welcoming and smiling. It makes a difference. Nurse should know which way to pull the bandage on a hairy skin. Common sense.

Must experience is always great and awesome the staff and the doctors are pleasant inviting and makes you feel comfortable and get right to their job I refer anyone.

The doctor was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Roth at the desk was so friendly on the phone and in person. Lauren was really good and super happy.
