The store and staff are nice enough but the quality of the herbal tea is very very poor. They charge a premium price for the worst quality loose leaf tea I have ever had. I am not kidding. There were two things that turned me off. 1) The dried orange colored pieces did not turn out to be orange rind but dried carrot. The carrot does provide a note of sweetness but including it screams cheap ingredients and therefore corporate greed. The carrot incident was almost forgivable but what's pushing me to demand a full refund is: 2) A tasteless seed pod. I recognized it immediately and part of the stem of a calendula flower. The flowers themselves are a traditional ingredient and have been used by herbalists for centuries. What I expect for that price is best summed up by Cheech and Chong....no stems, no seeds. Deeply disappointed
