Arrived at this location and the door was locked. The woman at the front walks up and opens the door and puts her hands on her waist and asks "what do you need?" We took a card because the financial advisor was not there but we will not be returning. You don't need to adress potential customers with such attitude. We will be taking our business elsewhere, straighten up and realize that you are also in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field.

We invested with this broker and were very disappointed with his fee disclosures. We purchased municipal bonds thru him only to find out there were undisclosed fees. We also found there were numerous investments that could have been purchased for thousand less through Merrill Edge or Fidelity. We closed our accounts within a month of opening them. Unfortunately, we paid thousand more for investments than we could have. This broker should be avoided unless you are willing to pay excessive fees for limited financial advice.
