I would like to share my family and my own dental care experience at Dental Bright, Lawrence, MA location. Upon entering the office you are immediately greeted by friendly, gracious, professional and always smiling staff. They offer emergency dental services as needed. They offer bilingual services and take care to respect and answer patient questions. My son required braces to correct misalignment of both his top and lower teeth. We met with the orthodontist to discuss our options. She explained in great detail that yes, braces were best. She has managed his care exceptionally. After just over 18 months his upper braces were removed and he has perfect alignment and a stunning smile! I, personally have had general dental care, cleanings, extractions, partials and crowns. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend Dental Bright for all of your dental care. The office staff; manager, the dental hygienists, the dental assistants, the technicians, the Dentists, the Orthodontists are friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and their Dental Team work flawlessly together. The truth is that I was not satisfied, Dr. Gonzlez is very kind and does his job very well but for porcelain and crown I did not like how the work turned out. I didn't like the customer service either. I hope they change

I left this place in tears. Ive been a patient here for so many years, and the way I got treated on Oct 18, 2023 was inexcusable. I got treated as if I wasnt a human with feelings. They harassed me over a bill I had no knowledge of. They interrupted my 5 year olds appointment due to a bill. I had to leave my daughter alone. They put me to the side not one, not two but 3 people to talk, this bill was from like a year ago so I was confused on what I was paying. The office manager wasnt trying to explain anything. She looked at me like I was an insect, like I wasnt human. They acted like I was going to skip out on the bill or something. They have all my information, they know how to reach me regarding a balance. I always pay my balances, always. I was just there 2 weeks ago, no one let me know about a balance due. The doctor who worked on my implant, said I havent got paid for the services I provided so Im not going to fix anything. I already did what I can. Mind you, I didnt know she didnt get payed because no one told me I had a bill.They called me multiple times to confirm my appointment, again no one relayed to me anything about a bill. The office manager is so rude, the front desk has zero customer service. I asked for all my records and payed my bill and as I was walking out the girl at the front desk hollered bad words at me for no reason. Really disappointed in how everything was handle. Please stay away from this place. They dont care about their patients. I hope no other human being will ever endure the harassment and bullying I went through at this dentist office. Its like they were waiting for me to come into my appointment. The employees and the office manager were all surrounding me from the moment I got there. The doctor that worked on my implant was discussing my case out loud and calling me a liar because, they stated I got a new veneer, but in actuality it was bondage. Why was she mad at me because the front desk didnt know which service was provided?? She did apologize, but at that point the damage was done. I left shaking, I was going to have a mental breakdown. I felt unsafe. I even had to ask them to please not stand behind me and why is there so many people talking to me at once. Very scary situation. Dentist arent usually scary places for me but this visit, really terrified me. The way I was bullied and talked down to was mind blowing. Its going to take me time to recover from this. I didnt deserve it. There was no compassion, no empathy. My balance due was over 1k, they never told me. They told me when I walked into my appointment. Thank God, I had my CC. Because who walks around with that type of money??? So unprofessional!! Dont go here if ur paying out of pocket. Worst 5k investment ever! I will be getting my treatments done elsewhere.

This is the best dental practice around. It's so much easier to go here since they have all their specialist in house. They work collectively to figure out the best outcome for your teeth before proceeding with any treatments. They have really picked the best team of dental practitioners in their allocated specialities. I would highly recommend this practice and have been going here for several years.

Absolutely horrible. Zero interest in my dental history. Very interested in charging me a for unnecessary and extensive x-rays. Completely disregarding how much radiation Ive been exposed to already by other dentists. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Horrible will never go back. And I still havent sent over the referral to Mass General that I requested three months ago.
