Very good center and good caregivers and staff. Always clean and organized, they are like a family. My daughter loves going to her school every day.

My son attends the Second location. As far as the teachers they are great! My son really loves the teachers and they are amazing with my son, he has a lot of separation anxiety and they are very patient with him. Where I have issues with them is their policies/procedures. First off, getting him started was an absolute nightmare, I live with my parents and they were requiring a lease. I explained I didnt have one but could provide bank statements which they wouldnt except. They wanted a household bill which I did not have since I reside with my parents. I was able to provide them with a lease that my mom made up for me. Six months later when it was time for me to recertify they were requesting a brand new lease to prove his father and I did not reside in the same home I explained that my lease That I had provided them was still valid and after some reluctance think about me to use the same lease. This past week I can receive a notice stating that They would be closed the following week due to a teachers training, I received the notice on Thursday afternoon and they are closed the following Friday meaning they had only given us one weeks notice that the facility is closed. The calendar does not state they are closed and no notices were ever sent home prior. When I asked how long they had known they would be closed I was told by one person they received an email the same day they sent out the notices and that it was very last-minute, however then when I spoke with Angie the director she stated that they had known for over a month and notices should have been sent home, I explained the calendar does not state they are closed in which she responded that the calendar that I had received was the old calendar, when I advised her I had just received the calendar in the beginning of the week which is the middle of the month she said I had been given the incorrect calendar. So not only did they not give parents enough notice to make provisions for childcare they did not send any notices home and gave parents incorrect paperwork. My job requires two week notice if I need a day off as we do not have unpaid time off. Although the teachers are absolutely wonderful The blatant inconsideration from upper management is absolutely ridiculous. Do not send your child here if you will solely depend on them for childcare as they do have many days off where they are closed.

Honestly would not recommend this childcare center to anyone. They needed a bill from me for proof of address and weeks later it is missed placed. I had to bring another bill in because they lost it. They are short on staff and are many toddlers in two rooms that require staff attention for the safety of the children. My sons clothes are always missed placed or taken away, and sometimes comes home with different shirt or pants. And it pisses me off.
