i get phone calls from this place twice a day and have been getting these calls for going on 5 months. i have never even heard of this place nor do i live in or around the same state. if i could give 0 stars , i would.

Receiving continuous calls on my cell. Have advised caller that I'm not who they're asking for, nor do I know the person. Very rude representatives, one who said I was lying and was "Heather". Asked to verify personal information over and over. Keep getting calls after telling them not to contact me, even after blocking number I get calls from another number, same company.

Very rude called me and I asked for what account they were calling for wanted me to verify all my info so they could scam me. If they have my collection account then they can tell me which one before I’ll give you my personal info man was very unprofessional and rude and talked really fast so no idea his name. But assume they are a scam especially when a professional place uses ur last name as a polite thing and not a first name thing.

I got a phone call saying I had an account with them from Penney's I called Penney's and no account was open. I called V&K to let them know no balance is owed. Offered to give them the number so they can confirm. The representative got smart I told him to remove me off of his calling list he has no busy with me.
