        We are long time customers of Cloud for our heating and cooling needs. Today we had Jacob and Matt out to clean all of the ducts/vents in our house 35 in number) plus our dryer vent. This was the first time we have had them cleaned and maybe the first time for this over 30 year old house. They arrived right on time, were very friendly, explained everything and worked non-stop for 5 hours. We were very pleased with the job they did and especially with their customer service.
