While they were maintaining a elevator, I saw how the fire service works, I saw the shaft of a elevator, and I also got to see the control room of a Otis Newer Series 2 hydraulic MRL (Not Hydrofit), I also got a Micro touch button, and thank you to Marcus for the elevator button too!

Whatever you do I would highly recommend you don't use Otis in Las Vegas. I encouraged my owners to sign with Otis Elevators maintance. Otis came out started the maintenance. Otis did some repairs. For 16 years that I have been managing the building there has not been a single problem with the elevator until Otis worked on it. The week after they worked on it the door kept getting stuck open. I call asked if it was under the maintance contract and they said no problem. Then later Otis charged for coming out after owners were charged $3K dollars. I asked Otis to wave the charges as the owners were not informed of the charges and would expect me to pay. I need preauthorization to spend owners money. Otis told me that I had to pay. I am Real Estate profession in Las Vegas since 2005. I have never had a vendor treat us this way. All the contracts with Otis will be switched as soon as there contract is up on properties we manage since we don't want to lose owners do to lack of disclosure or have to pay out of our pocket. I am so disappointed in there service and lack of disclosure. Minutes of work twice and got charged $500 dollars.
