Doyne Medical Clinic

I give this medical clinic a 1. Due to me having high blood pressure and recommending me a high estrogen pill even knowing that I have HIGH BLOOD. Also, it's so dirty an the last visit, I was seen by some old man who just flew in from Philippines an was literally trying to like make me touch him an he tring to touch me in ways that was Grose. I had to tell him, excuse me, I might be sick so can you please don't do that, I also said....can you please lift the papers that he was reading to me, because he kept it near his groans ...Like trna make me look down there. Over all I did not know People in America is like that. I love Guam an America- An who ever stands for America. I am an American- Chamorro Always protecting Guam

Horrible experience the staff have 0 communication with one another moreover the orders are completely late I waited months for the medication and when it came it wasnt even full as if they paid for I am very dissatisfied

I have been seeing Dr. Mario and I couldn't be happier. He has really helped me get in control of my health. And the added bonus about being a patient here, if I have a question or concern about anything all I have to do is hit the chat button and voice my concerns and shortly after someone will let me know exactly what the doctor said about the situation!! Lastly if you don't want to wait forever to get called in the back make an appointment for EARLY IN THE MORNING or right before they close.

Doyne Medical Center is not the same as it was when Dr. Doyne was in charge of the medical facility. Not sure who runs it now but many things have changed, which is understandable but many things have become very nconvenient. The on-site lab will send/refer you to Quest when they can't withdraw blood themselves. You will then need to pay an additional fee/co-pay depending on your insurance to get blood work done elsewhere. They have a convenient voice-mail for you to leave a message to set an appointment and/or other services when the staff is unavailable to answer your call due to helping other patients. indicating call back within a 24-48 hrs. I've left several voice calls messages to set up my first appointment, they never called back, I had to physically walk-in to make an appointment. I then had to call and leave several voice messages to follow up with medications that were not prescribed incorrectly as to my Dr visit, later to find out they were changed without to my knowledge. I should have been informed to why the changes were being made as this is medical health issue that could affect other health conditions. Very, inconvenient and unprofessional to have a medical facility handle a medical situation in this sort of matter.
