The Customer Service at this location is the absolute pits. They never call if there is a problem with the order and refuse to listen to the customer. their opinion is the only one they want to hear or care about I would absolutely stay away from this location for any orders.

Jojo was a terrific person to work with... If she needed more info on the products she called and got it sorted out so I could make good decisions.

This is the worst company we have had to deal with in a very long time. In the beginning, everything went smooth until it came to them installing and honoring warranty issues. They damaged our 20k fridges panels and flat out lied about ordering new ones. When we decided enough was enough and contacted the manufacturer directly, they informed us that Ferguson in fact did lie and the fridge was now out of the X amount day warranty you are given when you order initially. We did a whole house remodel, so it was months between order and actual install. Thankfully the manufacturer took our side and they covered them. They quickly become unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of. When you finally get ahold of someone. Its never the person that can help you. Email after email goes ignored and unanswered. They will tell you what you need to hear, but it never gets done. Now our new panels just arrived after 6 months of waiting and not only are those damaged, but we find out that the fridge is actually missing pieces from the initial install by Ferguson. And the Ferguson install crew threw away the fridge tool so it cant be leveled. I do not understand how a company this bad stays in business. My only thought is they have no direct competition here in Vegas and people have nowhere else to go for higher end appliances. The only reason we chose them is because the remodel companys design team directed us to them and had an account. Which also raised issues, because when we ordered and paid, everything went under the remodel account. So Ferguson didnt want to deal with us. This company has been nothing short of a living nightmare. BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE - 12/15/2023 - still no resolution, panel still dented. Their install company they talked us into paying for just completely stripped out the bolts on one of the units trying to level it. Thankfully we were watching or I have no doubt in my mind that they would have attempted to hide it. Not sure why they would even show up if they weren't planning on fixing the unites completely. We specifically told them to not come to our house without the parts. Sheree, the person we are forced to deal with is magically not there, no surprise. Have no faith left that her supervisor will take any action. The nightmare endures...
