Sliding patio door hard to open. Called in morning (1/4/19) and Vic was able to come out that afternoon. Door slides flawless now. Vic very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend service.

Came out and hooked my doors up with no problem or upcharges as a matter of fact I believe they came in under their original estimate. Will always use them when I need doors repaired or a doggie door installed, which is what they’ve done for me in the past.

Don't know the quality of the work they do... But! When I got a call back regarding a quote request that I had emailed earlier for 20 custom doors. I was told that what I needed, they could not supply to me. He then very politely and knowledgeably, explained to me what my problems would be in getting these doors, what my options were, and even gave me a competitors name and phone number because he believed they could help with what I need. At a time when real customer service is a nonexistent far away memory. When someone takes the time out of their day, to help you, save you some time and energy, and especially share a little bit of their knowledge... all this to someone on the phone that won't be doing any business with them at this time..... AT THIS TIME! It is a very, very refreshing experience. And I do believe that one act, in itself,TELLS me volumes about their business, quality of workmanship, and how they really treat their actual customers. I WILL return to visit them next time I need a door or window repair. And I am not afraid of or hesitant in the least to leave a glowing review, recommend their services to anyone, and at the very least, rate them at 5 Stars! Thank You Sir.
