They took my %15, Took my Collateral (my car title, along with the car itself) and then took my friend back to jail and won't give any of it back. Even though we did everything they asked, they "decided" to take my friend back to jail after one week because they decided they wanted my actual car in addition to the title, which they already had, to use as further collateral (in addition to the %15 cash I had to pay for the service they provided). When I asked them why they wanted my car after a week, and explained that I needed my car to get to work, they said "It's ether that, or give us the full amount of the bond, or it's back to jail". (I'm assuming that they thought I made a lot, and that I could just pay the cash which is far from the truth.) In my opinion, this place is just a scam. I have since have heard from several others that they have also had similar experiences with ACME in Las Vegas, NV. Bottom line, they are legally allowed to scam you like this because of some somewhat legal, yet immoral, technicalities. My advice, go elsewhere, or at least bring a personal recorder with you and record everything that they say, and have a good lawyer to deal with them; otherwise, you're gonna be out a lot of money, and you or your friend will be sent right back to jail. Luckilly I got him out on another bond the next day, after paying another 15% to a DIFFERENT bond company; which we had no problems with. ACME still won't give me my money back, and they refuse to give me my car title back, which they placed a lien on and then took from me (by using the title as collateral, the car became theirs). BAD BUSINESS, SHAME ON ACME!!!!! Go elsewhere, and beware, there are others just like them in town.

OMG, I am so happy that I was able to be bailed out. Acme saved my life. I used Acme in Los Angeles, and even though they are not the same the name and recognition is the same. I can't believe the wonderful service. Please please use them you will not be disappointed. I was at the henderson jail and came to bail me out. Gracias por toda su ayuda.

OMG I am so glad that I found help from Acme Bail Bonds. They were so nice and helpful with getting my best friend out of jail. Alejandra helped me with the process and even offered to take me to the jail to a window where you had to drop off the actual bond. I can’t believe how many bail bond places are in the downtown area, but I have to let everyone know that if you are looking to bail out someone from jail you need to go to Acme Bail Bonds.
