James is one of the most responsive, caring attorneys I have ever come across. Usually attorneys get your credit card information, charge you, and then you’re lucky if you hear from their assistants. There is never a call or text message that goes unanswered from him- even on weekends! He is the best criminal defense lawyer in Nevada, bar none. I got involved in a very ridiculous criminal matter that’s too hard to go into here. In anticipation of it possibly going to the DA’s office, I retained James. He’s been in continuous contact with the detective investigating my case, and gives me weekly updates. He’s truly done everything in his power to help my cause. He will always fight for you to the best of his ability, gives very good advice, and goes above and beyond being helpful.

James Dean saved me at 1:00am in the morning. My mother was able to reach him and he came to the scene where myself and several other juveniles were about to be arrested for possession of drugs. Fortunately, he knew the arresting officer and was able to persuade him to release me to him without being arrested or charged with a crime. I still can't believe that an attorney would do that late at night on a weekend. Needless to say I refer all my friends to him.
