      image My experience with LensCrafters was extremely disappointing. Not only did they fail to provide me with the correct prescription, but the lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. The staff seemed unaccountable for their mistakes and showed a complete disregard for professionalism.
      From the start, there was a lack of transparency about the procedure and what to expect. When my prescription was botched, instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to brush it off. Their inability to rectify the situation in a timely manner only added to the frustration.
      Overall, my experience with LensCrafters left me feeling let down and disheartened. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.
