Hanson's Commercial Water Treatment

This is my go to company! Our water softener takes 8 bags of salt and I ALWAYS request Carlos to come and refill it. He is super kind and extremely knowledgeable!

Hanson's changes our RO filters annually. We also purchased a water softener system from them in 2007and have never needed a service call. Great service and fair price. Martin was our most recent tech. He was on time (actually early) and finished quickly.

I've struggled with my pure water system for 2 years and others around town and the national vendor couldn't help me BUT HANSON'S had my problem fixed in under an hour. These folks are GREAT! Carlos, Chris and Stephen are amazing!

come out because my water softener isn't working properly, AGAIN, Victoria hung up on me when I got upset because she said she had no one to come out today since her techs have gone home for the day! At 2:43 in the afternoon. Yes! This is what they've said in the past. Every single time I've called for help. No techs. She's a scheduling "manager". Stefanie has zero customer service skills, none. Victoria the "manager" gets on the phone and repeats what Stefanie said and proceeds to tell me her husband is the Owner...umm She should never have said that and furthermore laughing under her breath. Scares me to think that this lack of customer service added to hanging up on an 8 year customer would be acceptable by any owner whatsoever! $3,840 in 8 years for horrible service! Drop these people

Great service. Looked all over Las Vegas for a special fitting. They had it.
