The bad: the carpet was very Durty, high price, they need to add more pillows on beds...and the control of the tv needs batteries sometimes works ...

The gym is closed (looks like has been for a long time) the carpets are dirty and the door lock keys are difficult at best.

This place is pet friendly which is why I showed up. When I got to my room I quickly realized this was definitely the dirtiest LaQuinta I have been too. We were sent to the basement due to us having a pet and it was so stuffy my pet & my Mother were having breathing problems. It says non-smoking but everyone was smoking in their rooms it seemed because it smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Then, they also are not equipped with elevators so if you have people in your group that have mobile disabilities then skip it. In the room my lamp broke when I turned it on and the carpets were filthy. No hot breakfast. They just had waffles and nothing else to go with it. The coffee was cold and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Super disgusted with this LaQuita.

Stayed here twice. First time no early check in which was fine. Quality of room was OK but there was a broken shelf in the bathroom and the iron didn't work. Took me an hour and a half to get another one. Second time I stayed I showed up a little after check in time and still had to wait an hour to get my room since they still needed to clean it. Toilet seat was broken and again the shelving in the bathroom was broken. Breakfast isn't really worth it, just waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast. Would recommend staying elsewhere if possible, the only reason I stayed here was for points and the location.

While the bed was absolutely amazing, the pool was Not above 60°, hot tub/ spa was down for cleaning, breakfast was abysmal! No plates for the waffles bar, no OJ or apple juice for the juice bar (only water), NO MILK FOR THE 2X FLAVORS OF BRAN+SUGAR cereal, Hard boiled eggs only source of protein and DECAF for coffee .... Remote for the TV only controlled the volume and power, channels not an option .. tea bags & toenail clippings on the floor, TP for a peephole cover .... DUDE, even the Downtowner I stayed for a week was better even if was in a ghetto neighborhood .. (fringe of Freemont area) ..
