        If I could give this business a Zero, that would be accurate. Their poor customer service, how dirty the business is is only a starter. I have never seen a business completely ignore what the customer asked them do and did what they wanted to do. They cut my dog's eye lashes off, not to mention how anxious and scared he was upon picking him up. I WILL FOR SURE NEVER TAKE MY DOG THERE AGAIN! THE ONLY POSITIVE THAT CAME OUT OF THIS POOR BUSINESS ENCOUNTER WAS THE REFUND AND EVEN THAT THE BUSINESS DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE.
