Domino's Pizza

I have been waiting 2 hours for my simple order. I love five minutes away and then when I call they say I cannot cancel it. Very bad service.

Firstly, our $111 order said it was delivered however did not show up. When we called the number provided no one answered. Online we claimed we did not receive our order to which the response was 'were sorry for the inconvenience. Can we offer you 20% off your next order?' No, no you cannot we would like our food and or our money back. Still on hold, 30 min later we decided to drive to the shop to talk to a human and witnessed 2 people waiting on pizzas and 4 domino's employees. One of which was simply standing at the register doing nothing and ignoring phone calls. Eventually our delivery did arrive so I guess someone accidently posted the order as delivered even though it had not. Things happen i get that but altogether this was by far the worst fast food pizza experience of my 34 year old life. I should mention when my order arrived it wasn't even correct. Being pregnant there are some foods I like to avoid but alas I was not about to attempt to have domino's rectify the situation after all our other attempts to communicate with them in the past 45 min have failed.

Out of ALL the Domino's and Pizza stores out there. This store on Blue Diamond & Decatur is the best. The staff is always so welcoming in the store & the delivery staff is awesome. Their taste is way better than Pizza Hut. Let along their prices are awesome. Thanks Domino's on Blue Diamond & Decatur, you guys are my rock stars

They cannot cash large bills. This is Vegas! Pizza was good. Service was not great. But hey....I got a pizza on a whim..... Never again

Never again... Ordered for 12pm delivery Showed up 22 minutes early, 11:38 Couldn't leave work station to receive it and was trying to be discreet. Couldn't enjoy it in peace because everyone knew I ordered pizza.
